About Attorney Joseph Camenzind, IV
From an early age, I was always interested in the law and the civil servants working in the legal profession. As a teenager, I would watch a variety of different courtroom drama television shows and movies and be captivated by their ability to restore justice and institute a sense of societal order. I loved how practicing law could provide an opportunity to help individuals who often found themselves in difficult and desperate situations without adequate help and support. Growing up in New Jersey, I also knew that I wanted to experience the world outside of my hometown, so I eventually made the decision to attend college at Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu. As a student, I chose to study international relations where I hoped to learn about new cultures and gain a broader understanding and perspective on the world.
When it came time to graduate in 2000, I still couldn't shake my interest and passion for the law, so I decided to enter into law school so that I could begin a career path toward practicing law full-time. I was quickly accepted into my hometown university, Seton Hall Law School, where I would eventually graduate with honors in 2003. After graduation, I decided to return to Hawaii and immediately begin practicing family law, as I believed this would be an area where I could make a difference by helping individuals and families overcome difficult circumstances.

After successfully practicing for two years in Hawaii, I eventually decided that it was time to make a change. After some careful consideration, I decided to move to San Jose, California where I could broaden my skills and work in other areas of the law. I quickly became licensed to practice in all California state and federal courts and expanded my skills to include experience with family law, employment law, and civil litigation. I worked tirelessly to become an expert litigator, fighting hard for my clients inside the courtroom to help provide them with every possible chance at success.
Eventually, after six years of practicing in San Jose, I decided it was time to strike out on my own so that I could better serve my clients by providing them with a more personalized level of service. So in 2011, I opened the doors to my very own firm, The Law Office of Joseph Camenzind, IV. After seven years of owning my own firm, I've come to believe that I have the unique opportunity to put my clients' needs first by personally managing my caseload This allows me to work one-on-one with each of my clients to better understand their situation before learning how to help.
Since opening my own firm, I continue to offer to all of my clients a unique brand of personalized legal counsel and representation that is honest, straightforward, and professional. I understand that most of my clients come to me under very stressful and emotional circumstances — and I want to help. No matter what issue my clients may be facing, I am committed to talking them through all of their options, so that together we can outline a successful path forward.
